So disappointing! This used to be the only safe place in town for a woman to take her car for service without feeling they were out to oversell every repair. I've had my cars serviced here for nearly 10 years (3rd Hyundai). This time, I can't even get a hold of anyone. They have had my car for several days and they won't give me so much as a call or email to let me know when they can make time to even look at it. I guess they have too much business. Sorry to have contributed to that problem. I won't make that mistake again. More

Unfortunately, If I would give zero stars I could. I bought a 2022 Tucson from this dealership. Now in regards to the car it is a very nice car. Has everything a person can want and great for the fami I bought a 2022 Tucson from this dealership. Now in regards to the car it is a very nice car. Has everything a person can want and great for the family. But in regards to this dealership I would pass. The sales associate Ethan was not bad. But when talking price I mainly sat with his manager. (I think the name was Brian) On April 13th We ran my credit and found a bank that would give a great deal. I put 500 down to save the car (It was still not at the dealership yet) I had to call to get updates because no one would call me. I even had to go in person where they kept telling me it got pushed back. (on 3 separate occasions) Finally the day the car arrived I got a notification that they ran my credit two additional times. I Called immediately and asked why this was done if we already had a deal. The response I got was that John Bachor the "Finance guy" was shopping around for better deals and it was "their bad" and that they would stop. Once I finally got in the store to pick the car up on April 23rd it took over 3 hours to finalize a deal we had already worked out a week prior. John tried to sell me a bunch of extra stuff and then told me that the Floor manger was lying and the price he told me wasn't real and the numbers shown to me were fake. So I asked for him to step in were we all argued for about an hour and John started making comments like "well we are just giving it away to you" once I told him for the 7th+ time that I didn't want his deal his attitude changed really quick and he just threw the paperwork on the table and told us were to sign for a similar deal to our original one. Then told us we were good to go and he gave us to Ethan. He told us the car was ready and when we went out to see it there were no Plates. I walked back inside were John and a couple other employees were sitting in the office "talking" about the situation and gossiping about the floor manager. When Ethan walked in the office and told them there wasn't any plate on the vehicle John threw them at Ethan and said "why don't have Brian put them on since he was already kissing his A$$" Ethan walked me out and put the plates on the car and apologized for the others behavior I told him right there that I had other friends and family that I was going to bring by but after this I will personally tell people to Avoid this specific dealership. People at my work have already started telling each other to avoid Rosen and just drive to another dealership because Of this incident More

I completed the "express checkout" and verified pricing three times with this dealership on a vehicle before going to the dealer. I have cancer and am immunocompromised. I was attempting to limit unnecessary exposure during the ongoing pandemic by completing as many steps as possible before arrival. When I got to the dealer, Brian Acosta, stated that even though he had verified pricing multiple times - the price of the vehicle had now gone up by almost 5,000. This dealership is price gouging during the pandemic and attempting to take advantage of individuals. If your looking for transparent pricing, shop elsewhere. More

We went to several dealers, but David Dudych at Rosen Hyundai, Algonquin made a huge difference in our decision. The things we liked the most were: (1) he explained very well all the features of the vehicles and answered all our questions, (2) he never pressured us to make any decision (or pushing us to buy extra packages) creating a relaxed and peaceful environment all the time, (3) Brian Acosta worked the prices with transparency according to our needs, and (4) paperwork process was smoothly and faster than we thought. To give you a more specific example of our experience, we were always clear that we did not want the convenience package that other dealers were always pushing us to buy (this never happened at Rosen). One last thing: As English second language speakers, David made a wonderful job to talk to us clearly and making sure we understood everything. More
