I am newly married, sharing a home with my husband, Alex, our adopted dog, Sally and our cat, Jasmine; I have been a Ridgefield, CT. resident for the majority of my life. I was a nanny for 16 years before starting in the car business and pride myself at being different than your "typical Salesperson". I have been a loyal Mazda customer for a number of years and have purchased all of my Mazda's from Colonial. I've been telling all of my friends and family to buy from Colonial, so I couldn't think of a better place to start a new career! I've trusted and believed in the brand but most of all, I've trusted the dealership myself. I'm honest with a sense of humor and I want the best for my customers. I recently purchased a Mazda cx50 from Colonial Mazda… When I first walked into the door I was greeted by Brette… Her energy was amazing, and very welcoming… She was very knowledgeable and transparent… du When I first walked into the door I was greeted by Brette… Her energy was amazing, and very welcoming… She was very knowledgeable and transparent… during the sales process I had agreed to premium plus, and signed some paper work… I came back the next day asking for a different car and signed again… I then changed my mind and asked for a different car again… Now I know I wasn’t making it easy by doing this, but Brette was really patient, and did whatever it took to get me into a vehicle that I would be happy with… I truly appreciate her effort, and giving me a positive experience overall… I would recommend Colonial Mazda dealership and Brette to anyone looking for a reliable and transparent car purchase experience… More

Brette and Colonial Mazda were very transparent every step of the car buying process and got me a great deal overall. I never felt like they were wasting my time and got me in and out the door in a reaso step of the car buying process and got me a great deal overall. Please accept me apologies for not rating you sooner. I love love LOVE my new CX-5 with the In your face candy apple red finish. I feel very special when I'm in it. Kinda like the way I felt when I first I love love LOVE my new CX-5 with the In your face candy apple red finish. I feel very special when I'm in it. Kinda like the way I felt when I first walked into your beautiful and clean dealership. My sales person, Brette, came over, giving me immediate attention, but unlike most sales people she handled me with a soft touch, letting the car sell itself. I tend to walk away from pushy people; she was not that. She was knowledgeable, kind, humorous, and tolerant of my personality. Everyone at the dealership was nice. Can't fault a thing. Thank you. 5-start rating well deserved all around. (The bow was a nice touch;) More
