The car he helped me select is absolutely amazing—it’s reliable, fuel-efficient, and packed with modern tech that makes every drive enjoyable. Nick made the entire process seamless, from test drives to financing, ensuring I felt confident and excited about my purchase. My car broke down in August. KIA said they couldn't get me an appointment til Sept. 4th almost a month later. After towing my car in the day before. Daniqua Farmer is supposed to call me and let me know updates on the service that needs to be done. My appointment was at 7:30am. I called left a message and haven't heard from anyone. It Is now 5:45pm. I am so frustrated and disappointed with this whole situation. I want to have my car towed to another service station. I've missed several doctors appointments and have cancelled even more. This is unexceptionable. More
