I have nothing against this dealership but I still remember how bad of an experience I had with Brett when he worked at Kia Motion in Budd Lake. Brett was fine in the beginning but then when we starte remember how bad of an experience I had with Brett when he worked at Kia Motion in Budd Lake. Brett was fine in the beginning but then when we started negotiating prices and he got really frustrated and acted in a way I’ve never seen from any car salesman in my life. My sister was there with me that day and he got frustrated at her for saying that the payment was still a little too high and Brett sighed loudly and quickly got up and went to his manager. His manager came and talked to us and we were able to work out a deal. I remember I almost walked out and went somewhere else because of his attitude. I understand you make commission when you sell something but being pushy and having an attitude and getting upset was super unprofessional and something I honestly never saw except from Brett. In the end he was in a good mood again since we ended up leaving with the car that day and at that point I was just happy to have a new car and drive it home so I was also in a good mood in the moment but I still never forgot about that situation. Keep in my mind that this was two years ago but I don’t care, I would’ve made this review earlier but I didn’t know this site existed but I just want other people to know how my experience went with him. I see that he no longer works at Kia and works at Honda so I hope he’s gotten better (which looks like he has by his other reviews) and doesn’t treat any of you like he did with us. More
