There was extremely poor communication. I started the purchase of a car, and it was not ready to take home. When I asked for them to follow up the next day on when it would be ready. I received an auto generated email from the General Manager thanking me for my purchase. I replied to him stating that the purchase was NOT even complete! I called the dealership and asked for an update. At 7:00pm, they alerted that the car would be ready soon. The dealership expected me to drive out that night. Instead, I drove out the next day. Shockingly, when I arrived the vehicle was still NOT ready. I was beyond frustrated. More
