I bought what I was told was a BRAND NEW NEVER TOUCHED Honda Accord Touring. I purchased the 2021 vehicle on 7/26/2021. I just found out when my car broke that on 7/19/2021 (7 days before I purchased the Honda Accord Touring. I purchased the 2021 vehicle on 7/26/2021. I just found out when my car broke that on 7/19/2021 (7 days before I purchased the vehicle) my BRAND NEW CAR HAD ACTUALLY BEEN REPAIRED BY HUGHES HONDA!!!! The VSA system was reset after an emissions issue was fixed. HUGHES HONDA NEVER MENTIONED THIS TO ME!!!! I would never have bought a car that was “brand new” knowing that it had been repaired seven days previously. I am extremely disappointed because I FEEL that the dealership misled me and lied to me by not telling me about this issue. I have reached out to the Honda corporation and have not received an answer regarding whether a locally owned dealership is required to disclose previous work on a NEW vehicle. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL NOT TRUST ANY CAR DEALER IN THE FUTURE. THE WORK THAT WAS DONE ON MY VEHICLE SEVEN DAYS BEFORE I PURCHASED IT AS A BRAND NEW VEHICLE WAS ON RECORD WITH HONDA CORPORATE. I am very disappointed to know that this information was withheld from me. It absolutely would have changed my mind on purchasing the car. I have learned and want to share with others, ask all the questions even on a brand new car with 0 miles. More

Business Owners BEWARE-----I own a business in Atlanta and needed a new vehicle for my business. I saw that Hughes Honda offered a lifetime powertrain warranty and thought that would be a great benefit of and needed a new vehicle for my business. I saw that Hughes Honda offered a lifetime powertrain warranty and thought that would be a great benefit of having purchased a vehicle from this business. After a few days of discussions with sales people and back and forth, I opted to get the vehicle from this store. I asked several questions about the warranty to get clarification and make sure that is was worth my investment of both travel time and money. Upon arrival at the store I was greeted warmly by the staff. This was a cash transaction so everything seemed to have gone smoothly. However, since I traveled a good distance and wanted to quicken the process I began moving the money while completing the paperwork and of course a test drive and inspection. Literally as I hit the transfer button, I received the second to last document which stated that since the vehicle was being purchased for business purposes that the "lifetime warranty" would not be applicable to this car. I was told I could cancel the deal if I wanted. Since I needed the vehicle for my business and drove a significant way I did not want to just walk away and completed the paperwork and requested the General Manager. The General Manager, Chuck Tyler, who was lukewarm at best and did nothing to make me feel like a valued customer or someone they would want to establish a business relationship with. Having been a general manager before, I know that there is a limit to the power a GM has, but I also know if need be things can be escalated to the owners. There were no considerations and attempts made to see if anything could be done to fix this situation. Many may think that I bought the car and should accept it as is, but I am sure the "lifetime warranty" is baked into the cost of each car sold at that dealership and in fact if that is no longer applicable because the vehicle was purchased for a business then some consideration should be made with regards to the cost of the vehicle. I was not asking for a deep discount simply 4-5 hundred dollars, but again the GM could care 2 $%its. about what was fair or made sense, in a easy CASH deal. At the end of the day I will definitely not be doing future business with Hughes Honda again (unless this review prompts some sort of action). FYI, my business has been open for just over 9 months and this is the 4th vehicle (2nd Honda) I have had to purchase, and there will definitely be more. Their loss. More

Best salesman. No pressure or hassle. I talked to Brent about a certain price and he figured out a way to make it happen. Carlos was the best salesman. Very knowledgeable about my vehicle.
