Had a very poor interaction with one of the sales folks at MB of Salem, OR today/yesterday. We were negotiating on a used car, going back and forth. Advertised price was just under $53k. I started low at at MB of Salem, OR today/yesterday. We were negotiating on a used car, going back and forth. Advertised price was just under $53k. I started low at $47k yesterday. They ended up coming down to $51,500 today. I went up to $50,500 after my wife's approval. Then I was told they're actually INCREASING the price to $55,900, but for me they'd go to $52,400. For a dealership that can't even finalize a deal right now due to the big auto system ransomware attack, they sure are trying to pick and choose their buyers. It's unfortunate my money isn't good there. Don't waste your time. Go to a real Mercedes dealer in Portland or Eugene if you want a Mercedes. Or better yet buy a different vehicle altogether since MB USA is willing to keep these guys around. More
