I would give them negative stars if that was a choice. They sold a vehicle to someone using my husband's name. When my husband found out that someone bought a vehicle in his name, he contacted this plac They sold a vehicle to someone using my husband's name. When my husband found out that someone bought a vehicle in his name, he contacted this place right away and did everything that he needed to do to prove that it wasn't him. Flatirons Subaru has not been helpful at all in trying to solve this issue and are trying to make us pay for the vehicle that we did not purchase. All we are asking for is for them to work with us to help resolve this issue, but all they care about is money and not helping us. Be careful if you decide to purchase a vehicle from this place. More

Any time you need a Subaru, schedule an appointment with Brendan. I appreciated his non-pushy, non-overbearing practice - right up my ally. He returns calls and emails in a timely fashion. I’m 22 and last night I bought my first car, a used Subaru Crosstrek. After asking for a ride, we ended up being an hour later than our original meeting time with Brendon. Their dealership closed at 8 Subaru Crosstrek. After asking for a ride, we ended up being an hour later than our original meeting time with Brendon. Their dealership closed at 8 and they stayed late for us, helping us sign the papers and explaining the process. It was the a great car buying experience. This morning I woke up with buyers remorse thinking that I just made the biggest purchase of my entire life and thoughts clouded my mind “I could have gotten a better deal with another dealership.” I bought a 2016 that was leased with 30,000 miles. Leased cars are the best way to buy used cars because they have been at the dealership the entire time. Then I started thinking about what Ian said as we were going through payments and finances. He bought his first new car when his wife was pregnant and he is “fully intending” it to be his kid’s first car. Subaru’s are very reliable cars. Thankful for Layne, Brendon, and Ian for helping me make the second biggest purchase of my life. More

Easy, Helpful & Friendly Buying Experience It had been a while since my last new car, and while initially a little intimidated about going in for the next purchase, I was pleasantly surprised w It had been a while since my last new car, and while initially a little intimidated about going in for the next purchase, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience w/Brendan Simpson at Flatirons Subaru. I knew I either wanted a CRV or Forester and I was pretty split between the two. One of the biggest things aside from the car itself (and I love my new Forester Sport!) that tipped the scale for me, was how respected I felt and how easy the whole process was. The guys at the Fisher Honda dealership next door had a completely different attitude that I didn't care for, and this definitely affected my purchase in going with a Subaru in the end. Not only did I feel more respected and listened to with the questions that I had, but I felt like Brendan was very available and willing to help me and go above and beyond in getting the car I really wanted. From emailing back and forth, to texting and phoning Brendan with questions, it was great to have him by my side in making this decision. All in all I couldn't be happier with my new Forester and the overall process, and I thank Brendan and the rest of the Flatirons Subaru team for helping make this a reality! More

They quoted a reasonable price (not a great price), and then afterwards tried to add ab We explained that we wanted the bottom-line total best price. They quoted a reasonable price (not a great price), and then afterwards tried to add about a thousand dollars more cost to the deal. We are really glad we shopped around to other dealers. We ended up getting a 2018 outback for less than this boulder dealer quoted for a 2017 Impreza. More
