Very, very poor communicators. The left hand didn’t know what the right hand is doing. Per their request, I brought my new top of the line vehicle in for my first “free” oil change The left hand didn’t know what the right hand is doing. I told the person taking my appointment in the phone, that I needed another issue looked at. She added the request to the work order. When I arrived, Mike asked “just your free oil change this morning?” I said yes but I needed this looked at too. He said, “ok we will put it on the computer to see if any codes pop up.” When completed, I was told, “oil was changed and we did the multi point inspection, everything looks fine.” I asked, well what about the other issue I asked the scheduler and Mike about?” He said, “I knew nothing about it!” WHAT!?
