When I brought my vehicle in for my first free maintenance, I was in SHOCK and still! That I was deceive by u your sales consultant Ryan Clark (whom is no longer with you) that I was buying a NEW maintenance, I was in SHOCK and still! That I was deceive by u your sales consultant Ryan Clark (whom is no longer with you) that I was buying a NEW vehicle in which I have the bill of sales which is mark NEW to find out in fact that it was a used vehicle! It had 190 miles on the odometer, I was told it was a dealer trade from PA in which it is, your GM was very helpful he was not there at time of purchase but he took care of my vehicle maintenance. Just at a lose for words how I was deceive and cheated my Crestmont you have some illegal business practices to sell a vechile! More

The sales is pretty good, the service side is where things seem to fall apart. The level of service is the same regardless of Genesis or Hyundai there’s no luxury fuel in the showroom or the service si things seem to fall apart.
