Luckily for your dealership my wife asked for another salesman and Brenden Bolinger said he would be more than happy to waste time finding her a vehicle and let her test drive as many cars as it took to find what she liked. He made her feel comfortable and saved the situation as she agreed to a lease deal with him. The sales-manager also apologized to my wife and adult daughter for the first contact so cudos to him as well. More

My sales representative did a great job with the sales process. He arranged to have some of the pre-sale items we spoke about fixed (i.e. new tires and windshield chip repairs). I’m assuming he wasn’t process. He arranged to have some of the pre-sale items we spoke about fixed (i.e. new tires and windshield chip repairs). I’m assuming he wasn’t able to get the used car sales manager to agree to fix a few dings and scratches we spoke about and actually never called me back with the final word. I also had a transmission issue about a month after buying the vehicle that I called him about. Again, he said he had to discuss the request/issue with the used car manager. Again, no call back. If the sales rep would have communicated what the used car sales manager had said, I would have rated him higher. He’s did his job well….Nice guy! I ended up having the transmission issue (rebuild) resolved at another Chevrolet dealership. I love Feldman Chevrolet, but I wouldn’t return to the New Hudson location. I’ve chosen one of their other locations in Novi for future sales and service. Their service department is phenomenal. More
