Service Department didn't perform as expected. I was told I was going to be called for a status update, and that never happened. I didn't get the level of service expected neither the priority des I was told I was going to be called for a status update, and that never happened. I didn't get the level of service expected neither the priority deserved after the mechanic messed up the initial service requested. My sales rep was helpful, friendly and went the extra mile for me, the only thing she needs to improve is that if you tell a customer that you will call him in 3 or 5 minutes, to do so, is not good to wait for hours for a call back.
