Great and quick overall experience I was 1 hour away from buying a BMW, when Micah Goss called me up to advise me on a deal on a 2016 GLE. Micah was very easy and clear to work with and I am not one that likes to sit at a dealership and spend hours negotiating a deal. Micah was very responsive vial email and our visits and I was able to get my car in less than an hour total at the dealership. What impressed me about Micah was his knowledge of the vehicle and his understanding of my expectations. He even took my trade in return and dropped it off at the Jeep dealership. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Elio Coventry who was very genuine and showed how he cares for his local clients. It took two visits which allowed me the chance to work with Nick Feroce the second time around while Mr. Ismail was busy. The process from beginning to end proved to be flawless and made the car buying experience easy.
