WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! !!!!!!! I have been around the block a few times and have bought and sold MANY vehicles over the years but this place takes the cake.. from a complete !!!!!!! I have been around the block a few times and have bought and sold MANY vehicles over the years but this place takes the cake.. from a completely incompetent sales lady to the absolute low ball trade they offer. I came in with money already ready to be wired once the final amount was reached.. got there at 1:00 pm and did not escape until 6pm due to FLAT OUT incompetence and a sales lady who either would not listen or simply could not understand that ALL I needed was the final number and instructions on where to send the funds... This thing asked me at least 50 times if I was going to finance with them.. no matter HOW much I emphasized I AM NOT she kept asking.. she told me they were going to raise the price if I didn't finance thru them.. AFTER the deal was reached... just full of lies and incompetence..... Having the money all arranged well before stepping in the stealership I should have been there 1 to 1.5 hours MAX... not 5... They will also Low Ball the everloving crap out of you on your trade.... all I can say is.. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! I did purchase ONLY because I could not find what I was looking for anywhere else..... More

They don't care about you. Kelly Blue book had my car at 11k trade in value and they offered me 4k. They are not worried about making money or the customer happy. Absolutely crazy that in today's market where dealerships are begging for used vehicles bc that's all that people are buying and they offer me 4k on a truck that runs smooth and is lifted with tires and wheels worth what they offered me. Love my car! Friendly salesperson. Brenda Granillo was very busy with other customers when we came in but she took the time to meet with us and test drive the vehicle. I had originall Brenda Granillo was very busy with other customers when we came in but she took the time to meet with us and test drive the vehicle. I had originally talked to her via email. She took the time beforehand to send a real time video of the car which gave a better perspective of the overall car. She was the only salesperson who took the time to do this when we were gathering information from other dealers regarding this vehicle. She also answered all the questions we had related to the car as quickly as she could via email. When we met her face to face she was never pushy and truthfully answered additional questions. We were very happy with Brenda G. The buying/negotiating time took a little more time than anticipated but overall a good experience. Thank you. More
