Not Honest I bought my car at Beiner. Everything not covered under warranty is TWICE the price of a non-Audi mechanic. they tell you their mechanics are 'facto I bought my car at Beiner. Everything not covered under warranty is TWICE the price of a non-Audi mechanic. they tell you their mechanics are 'factory trained' whatever that means. Then why does it take them 3 hours to fix just front brake pads and my mechanic a little over ONE HOUR??? They quoted me over $800 (w no rotors) just front pads. The guy point blank said changing pads takes 3 hours @ $150 an hour -- like spending an extra $300 was not a big deal. Sad thing is, the people who work at Audi can't afford to have their own cars fixed there. This is FRAUD, plan and simple. Do the math if they OVER charge 15 people a day, 6 days a week...felonious. More

I had the worst experience ever. The staff wasn’t as courteous and the individual assisting me wasn’t friendly at all. I would like to thank the entire staff at the Great Neck location for making this experience an experience I will never forget! I will be back and direct friends and family to Audi!!
