Hi there! I’m Breanna Hanson, and I’m thrilled to be part of the team here at Mohawk Honda. I got my start in the auto industry back in 2021 and quickly found that my background in customer service and hospitality translated perfectly to helping people have an enjoyable car-buying experience. Born on an Air Force base in Florida and raised in Duanesburg, I studied at SUNY New Paltz before eventually making my way into automotive sales after COVID. This dealership made buying my truck a painless process. Everyone I worked with was helpful and extremely courteous. Breanna was my sales rep, she answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. She turned an experience I usually dread into a positive experience. Kailey showed me the ins and outs of my new truck. Her knowledge of all the features was impressive. She also answered any question I had and made my truck buying experience a pleasure. And then I met Frank, who walked me thru the terms of my loan. He did an awesome job. Got me an incredible rate on my loan.Easy to talk to and actually listened and got the job done. At no time did I feel pressured or like I was a burden with all my questions. These folks are passionate about selling cars. And it shows in the way they treat their customers. I live an hour and a half away, when I look for my next vehicle. They will be the first dealership I look at. More

Kristie took the time to explain all the features in my new vehicle and helped me set everything up before I even left the parking lot. Frank reached out several times during my experience to see how I was doing and ensured that everything ran smooth for me. Everyone was so responsive -checking in with me, answering all my questions.
