That is, until I took a seat for a test drive in a 2016 Mazda 3 and found out for myself, "this is the car." This Mazda 3 was my first new car purchase. Catherine, Robin, Braxton and Bill made sure it was a beyond exceptional experience. They gave me a great price and a fantastic dealer valuation on my trade-in. I had visited quite a few dealers before stepping foot into Ferman Mazda, and I can say for a fact they were the friendliest and most honest out of all the Mazda dealers I had visited. Catherine was a pleasure to work with. They even helped me in a huge pinch, allowing me access to a complimentary rental car to get to and from a long distance wedding that I was heading to the weekend before my car was even at the dealership. Now THAT is amazing service. Mazda makes a seriously impressive car, and my experience at Ferman was icing on the cake. I'm happy, they've earned a repeat customer. See you guys at the next service! My salesman was Braxton Simmons, and the financial manager was Robin Campbell, in which they did an amazing job! Braxton was very patient, kind, and honest about the deal. He worked very hard to get me the best deal he could which was evident when comparing quotes from other dealerships in the central Florida area. Not only so, but there was no "haggling". From the get go Braxton provided the best price, but continued to work with me in other facets of the purchase. I would recommend both the dealership, and Braxton, to anyone looking to purchase a Mazda. Getting great service, the best price, and straight shooting were the most important factors in the purchase, in which they "hit a homerun" (for those of you who are baseball fans... or are familiar with the terminology". I have never had an experience buying a car that could match the ser Amazing is the only word to describe this dealership and our salesperson, Monica! I have never had an experience buying a car that could match the service, attention, and politeness that we received from Ferman. We came to Ferman still rattled with anxiety after dealing with another terrible Mazda dealership in the area expecting something to go wrong or to meet at least one person that wasn't pleasant, but that never happened. Right down to the bitter end last night at 11:00PM Braxton and Tim were great to deal with. We actually had fun talking with everyone there. I can't thank Ferman enough -- it made me very happy to see a smile on my wife's face last night when we left with our new cars (rather than stress and anxiety). I am also very appreciative of the fact that they went out of their way to locate and obtain both vehicles we wanted in such a short amount of time. Monica gave me the option to take the same model in a different color that they had on their lot, but was more than willing to find the color I wanted at another dealership. The environment was relaxed, no one was pushy, and there were certainly no sleazy salesmen in sight. I highly recommend this dealership and Monica especially. Thank you for the great experience.
