August 11th I dropped my car off, that I bought from this dealership. A 2020 Ford Explorer st. I asked when I scheduled the appointment a week prior to the 11th if they could have a loaner vehicle for m this dealership. A 2020 Ford Explorer st. I asked when I scheduled the appointment a week prior to the 11th if they could have a loaner vehicle for me I was told sure they would look into it. I dropped my car off no loaner available. They tell me a day or two a week later, I have to call the service department to get an update on my car. That is when they tell me that the car will need a new transmission. Still no loaner vehicle available per the service department, fast-forward 2 1/2 weeks. I am informed that my car was moved to the Bremen auto park dealership to be worked on, at the end of the two weeks I find out my transmission got delivered that same day. The Plymouth dealership told me I would not be getting my car back Until the week of the eighth, the same day that my transmission was delivered to the Bremen dealership. More

Wow what can i say what an amazing experience! From the amazing salesperson Annie! Jeff odell another sales person was able to help answer my jeep questions that i had also The amazing finance man From the amazing salesperson Annie! The sales mgr Dan came over and made sure i was happy with my experience! The detail department did an amazing job on the detail! The service department was there to answer any concern or questions i had! i highly recommend the auto park cdjr to anyone! More

Since this was my fifth oil change, it was free! I also needed my tires rotated which was 20 bucks. In and out very quickly. Gals are nice and professional. The worst shop for diagnosis and repair. Purchase the warranty years ago while purchasing a new car, have had the car in the shop several times. Each repair done poorly or not at all . Would not even make warrantry work repair. Currently car still needs repaired. Will need to find a different shop. Always attempting to upsell a product unnecessary and definitely overpriced. More
