Thomas did a wonderful job except for telling me that the dealership would help me if something was wrong with my car after I left. He said that the dealership would stand behind their cars! I had an issue with the car on the second day of owning it. I contacted Thomas and he said his manager said it was "as is" and there was nothing they would do. I understand I bought a used car, but to have an issue within less than 50 miles, that's just crazy. Brant was terrible! Just seemed like I was bothering him. I didn't feel valued one bit. More

The salesperson didn’t know anything about the vehicle I wanted to purchase, we also agreed on a price, the advertised price. The other salesperson (Manager I Guess) refused to sell the vehicle at the agre wanted to purchase, we also agreed on a price, the advertised price. When I inquired about the Dealer add ons , they originally told me I didn’t get them as I got the vehicle on sale, then backtracked and told me I did. Totally horrible experience, the only reason for 2 stars is the showroom was very nice and clean, other than that it would be a 1 star review. More

We went to another dealership first but they wouldn't work with us so we went to Tulsa Hyundai and told them what we wanted. They said they could make that happen so we bought the 2025 Tuson we wanted fo work with us so we went to Tulsa Hyundai and told them what we wanted. They said they could make that happen so we bought the 2025 Tuson we wanted for a really good price. I'm glad the other dealership didn't expect my offer because I got a better deal than I was asking for at Tulsa Hyundai. THANK YOU! More

My experience with them since I got my new Elantra in 2021 has been great! Even through their construction in adding Genesis. Everyone I have been in contact there has been phenomenal from the time you pull in, to the time you leave and it’s a good feeling to feel that u received great service and that not just one person but everyone there is impressionable, the sales representatives and even the mechanics that you only see briefly.
