This is a great way to get people comfortable with your service department and get customers coming to you for their service work. At my 15000 mile oil change I was told I had to pay for a $150 maintenance check or the rest of my free oil change coupons are void. This is the kind of low life back alley marketing scams that really tell you what kind of people you're dealing with. If I can't trust a dealership on a petty little thing like this why would I have any faith in the rest of their sales pitch. Guess I'll be driving to the nearest Walser dealer for my next car. More
