The team at Lehighton Kia went above and beyond anything I ever expected. 3 staff members stayed past their shifts and after closing to make sure they could make a deal work within our means. We had 3 small children with us and they were extremely sensitive to that . The sales manager even ran to A local fast food restaurant and bought my kids dinner. I have never seen anyone in a business work so hard to provide outstanding service. Their work and dedication along with the quality product made us life long customers. The vehicle I was expecting was not the one we received. It had to be returned for a second cleaning because it was so dirty from, I guess, a lot of test drives. Not sure how all this happened, but the "warm, fuzzy feeling" of purchasing a new car is gone forever. Maybe check out other Kia dealers before Lehighton Kia. I passed over several dealers to go to Lehighton Kia and now I am searching for why! More
