Service was good but service person didn’t give right instructions about my spare key. I went home after being told I needed another shank key to check my folder to find the shank key for my spare and it instructions about my spare key. I called my sales person to find out what I was supposedly missing. He said I had everything I needed on the key ring. Went back to service dept. gave my service person the same set of keys and told him this is all I have. Salesman said it was all I needed. He said oh you found the shank key, I said it was there the whole time. He put it in the spare key and told me to have a good day. Never said I’m sorry for you having to make 2 trips. More
