15,000 mile service Brandon is hands down the best service manager I have used in 40 years and 15 of those were Toyota. Truly exceptional and warming experience I came in for an oil change. They were very fast to do my oil change and very knowledgable about any questions I had. Great Experience Overall The service experience was good and it only took 2 hours to complete the 65,000 mile service. I forgot to ask to have my shocks checked but that was The service experience was good and it only took 2 hours to complete the 65,000 mile service. I forgot to ask to have my shocks checked but that was my fault. The only comment I have is that the low pressure tire light was on and no one told me which sensor was bad or what it would cost to fix it. Again, maybe that was my fault for not pointing it out but I thought the maintenance people would have noticed it and found out what the problem was. It has been on for about 3 months and I am continually checking the tire pressure in the 4 tires on the ground and the spare and keeping them at the specified pressure, so one or more of them must have a bad sending unit. We would like to say what a great job Brandon did in taking care of us, he is an outstanding service rep. More

Super Fast and efficient I did not have an appointment for my 80,000 mile service, but on a UT football Saturday late morning, I was in and out within an hour. I prefer to use the Toyota dealerships for my service work as they strive for perfection in the work they do and I have built up a great deal of trust in their work in the past at other places I have lived. I needed some new tires, and they gave me choices and the reasons they thought these brands were the better choice than the ones I had always bought before in the past. I am happy with their service, and my car seems to be very happy with her new set of feet, she is much more responsive on taking her cornering now! More

Excellent service quickly taken care of. I honestly could not believe when the sales rep came and told me that my car was ready. They had not only made all the changes for my 5,000 mile check I honestly could not believe when the sales rep came and told me that my car was ready. They had not only made all the changes for my 5,000 mile checkup, but had also washed my VERY dirty car. Everyone was very cordial and I was in and out in a little more than 30 minutes. Toyota Care really does make a difference! Thank Toyota Knoxville! You are the BEST!. More
