Brought my XC60 for its yearly service and inspection. I didn't wait for it so they got me a Lift home. They were busy that day so I got notified when my truck was ready. It was rather late so they couldn I didn't wait for it so they got me a Lift home. They were busy that day so I got notified when my truck was ready. It was rather late so they couldn't wash the car off. They told me I could come anytime in the next few days and they will do it for me. I did that the next day and I waited about 10, 15 minutes and it was done. all in in all it was great and seamless experiance. More

After driving Range Rover’s for almost 15yrs, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I visited Volvo. Eliana was incredibly helpful. She asked a few questions and steered me towards a the PHEV XC 90. Knew ma sure what to expect when I visited Volvo. Eliana was incredibly helpful. She asked a few questions and steered me towards a the PHEV XC 90. Knew many of the specifications and answered my questions but her understanding of what I was looking for from a comparable standpoint while pointing out additional benefits was great. Jeffrey Schull was assigned to us in the showroom to answer questions we had about leasing a Volvo. Jeffrey did an outstanding job representing Volvo, understanding our needs and aligned those with a g answer questions we had about leasing a Volvo. Jeffrey did an outstanding job representing Volvo, understanding our needs and aligned those with a great car. Then he worked tirelessly to find the car with the exact specifications we desired. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and we felt like valued customers from the moment we met him. He introduced us to others in the dealership with pride, knowing we were likely to lease the car. Sadly he was FIRED in the middle of our transaction, and the dealership gave us the run around about his whereabouts for over a week. Then, due to an alleged issue with the longshoreman strike which lasted all of 24 hours, they LOST the car we ordered. Zachary stepped in and completed the transaction. Brandon, the young man who demonstrated all the features of the car was also excellent. Beth seemed uninterested in meeting us, or maybe she was just uncomfortable because she knew she was getting ready to fire Jeffrey??? We are very happy with the car, particularly with the upgraded packages Jeffrey sold us. More

Zachery was so patient, polite, & very helpful when explaining our previous vehicle change to the new S60. He explained everything throughly, contacted geico as well when we picked up the new vehicle. explaining our previous vehicle change to the new S60. Dave has been very helpful when dealing with the financial portion because our situation was a little complicated. He took the time to call us and let us know any changes right away. Brandon was also very helpful when showing me the car specs and making sure I was comfortable and if I had any questions to let him know. We’ve been coming to this dealership for 4 years & wont be changing anytime soon! More
