What a excellent car buying experience ! !! My sales people were Tim and Brandon and they so courteous and professional that despite being from out of town, I drove up to see them and driv !! My sales people were Tim and Brandon and they so courteous and professional that despite being from out of town, I drove up to see them and drive the car home vs getting it shipped. I wish our local dealers here in San Jose can learn a thing or two about customer service from these people. From the get go there was both of these gentlemen were very honest and upfront and we finalized everything over the phone and signed papers via docu-sign which made the process so easy. Casey was my Finance manager and he presented good options for me to select from. The dealership itself was so modern and appealing. In short I felt very good throughout the process and delivery experience was extremely special. The thing I loved the most about the entire experience was that it was an extremely gentle business transaction where both sides came negotiated what they can and can not do. Thank You so much Tim and Brandon and I am enjoying the beautiful car every day More
