When he introduced himself, we told him exactly what we were doing before he picked us up to do the paperwork in which we had to wait about 30 minutes for. When we got into the office, he acted like he did not know what we were asking for and he was so slow! By that time we were so tired, we just wanted to get out of there after being in his office for an hour! We came back the following week and finished up the paperwork which was again so slow! More
