I love Infiniti of Fife! I have come to this location for the last 7 years. I purchased my current vehicle from here and plan to purchase my next one as well. The service department is what keeps me coming back. Brandon is amazing and exemplifies customer service!! He is courteous, professional, and keeps me updated during the service process. Today, Brandon was on vacation and I had a different service representative. This normally wouldn’t have been a big deal because the employees are all so great. However, this representative lacked the professionalism that I have become accustomed to at Infiniti of Fife. My oil change took less than an hour, which was great! I was one of 2 customers in the lobby that morning!! Monica had me pay for my service and let me know that my car was being washed, so I would be on my way shortly. I assumed this would be less than 10 minutes. As a reminder, I do not come to this dealership for the cost of service; I could get my oil changed anywhere else for much less. I come here for the quality of work and customer service. I waited patiently for my car to be finished. 20-25 minutes later, Monica walks back into her office with what I determined was sacks of lunch for her and her coworkers. I am all about taking breaks and definitely would not want to miss lunch myself, however, she should have another representative cover her absence. Her lack of professionalism and sense of urgency is unfortunate. I am disappointed with my most recent experience with Infiniti at Fife. More

I've been getting my 2014 Infiniti Q50 Hybrid serviced at Infiniti of Tacoma at Fife for several years. Car is starting to get a little long in the tooth (140k miles) and experiencing minor maintenance issue Infiniti of Tacoma at Fife for several years. My regular service consultant (Brandon Raymond) is an easy-going straight shooter and the Maintenance Technicians know the in's and out's of my hybrid. I could probably shop around and get cheaper prices on maintenance. But peace of mind and high quality of service is worth the premium. More
