I had an absolutely outstanding experience. My salesman, Red, and the finance Director were so honest! We actually were trying decide trim levels and Red went above and beyond to ensure we unde My salesman, Red, and the finance Director were so honest! We actually were trying decide trim levels and Red went above and beyond to ensure we understood the differences, and in our case the consequences of the differences, knowing full well that it would make us likely choose a cheaper trim level. Had he not brought it up, we would have likely gotten the higher trim and then been shocked when we went to gas up and realized it required premium…which makes a big financial difference! Then we asked finance Director about maintenance packages, and he was so bluntly honest it was refreshing. It was such a pleasant experience, I don’t feel fooled, I felt taken care of. More
