This was my first experience car shopping over the Internet and I am very satisfied. I contacted Brandon Pittman at Bud Clary Toyota in Yakima about the purchase of a Toyota Corolla after reviewing Internet and I am very satisfied. I contacted Brandon Pittman at Bud Clary Toyota in Yakima about the purchase of a Toyota Corolla after reviewing the available inventory of used cars on their internet website. He offered a test drive in any of the 4 Corollas available on site or to locate something different from another dealer if these choices were not satisfactory. I requested that he send me an estimate of the best deal he could make on these Corollas before I came in for a test drive. I received the quotes I requested promptly and following the test drive bought a Certified 2009 Corolla at a reasonable price. The purchase process was quick and no pressure was put on me to purchase extra "services" I did not need. After my purchase I found several issues that needed attention and Brandon promptly and courteously saw that these problems were addressed and fixed at no charge. I would recommend Brandon Pittman and the whole Bud Clary Toyota Internet Sales team when shopping for a used and probably new Toyota as well. More
