Timely, Brandon introduced himself as soon as I arrived and began the car inspection with me. He explained what options I had for services that day to clarify what I wanted and more importantly what was an and began the car inspection with me. He explained what options I had for services that day to clarify what I wanted and more importantly what was and was not needed at that time. He then informed me about how to access the customer waiting area and the complementary amenities that were available. When the work was complete he went over what had been done and offered a complementary car wash pass. My car was waiting for me and they even vacuumed the passenger seat and floor. Great service beginning to end! More
