I have been a long-time Porsche customer. When moving into the Atlanta area my previous dealer suggested Jim Ellis Porsche to take care of my cars. I've had great experience and support from the service group (a shout-out to Craig Buffinton who takes excellent care of my vehicles.) This was my first experience buying a car. It also was great. Brandon Matsumoto provided the "exact" amount of interaction and support for my wife and I to feel comfortable with the process. Ryan McIntyre, the pre-owned sales manager helped us work through a couple of points unique to our needs. The quality and depth of the selection was important. I have made my purchase of a CPO 2016 Cayenne S and am very satisfied with all aspects of the experience. More

Due to my schedule it did not get in until last week - past due time for the plate. I was picked up at home and delivered to the dealership. Due to whatever - I spent the entire day in the waiting area and the emissions was not completed. The work was completed and the car (along with some upholstery work) was returned on Tuesday. More

So much more pleasant than the horrible experience I had at the other big Porsche dealership in Roswell. The guys I have dealt with through sales ( Brandon Matsumoto) and services ( Tony Betancourt) have taken great care of me and have a genuine regard for their clients. I was apprehensive about buying another Porsche from a dealership but these guys have proven themselves to me and earned my trust. Also, Tony's name is not in the of service consultants but he also gets five stars from me! More

They were very ac We first visited the dealership in Mid August looking for a preowned Cayenne. We were met by Roman Williams and 2 other individuals. They were very accommodating and at the time there were no vehicles that met our needs. We advised we would be back in mid September after a vacation abroad. In mid September we were contacted by Roman and we advised we would interested in looking again. Roman advised he would be on vacation and asked we contact his manager to arrange for help. We did and received a call from Danny, who was asked to assist us . He said he had an appointment the following day and would call us to arrange for us to come in. When we didn’t hear back we called and he advised he as tied up with a new car deleivery and suggested that we come in and anyone would be happy to help us. We came into the dealership and Brandon greeted us. We were interested in looking at 3 cars, but they were not on site. We took another vehicle to an offsite facility to view the vehicles and test drove them. They had a look at our existing Cayenne for trade in value. The next morning we contacted Brandon and advised were interested in the 2016 Hybrid. Over the next 36 hours we had a very unlike Porsche purchase experience, which included no communication for more than a day, leaving us frustrated a feeling that the dealership was not to interested in selling us a Vehicle. When Brandon did call back, we explained our frustration and he apologized and advised he would speak to his manager. Within hours he called back and we agreed to purchased the vehicle. We picked the car the next day and our delivery experience was outstanding. The car was cleaned ready to go when we arrived and he went through the vehicle with us and we were out in less than an hour. This restored our confidence in the dealership and our past experiences with Porsche. More

I came in about two hours before closing on a Thursday. Test drove a few cars and found the one I liked. We struck a fair deal. The team stayed an hour late completing the purchase and detailing the car. Great experience. More
