Bob Torres and Rydell Chevrolet provided me with the best car buying experience I have had in my lifetime, and being 71 years old, I’ve have had a few. Incredibly happy with the service we received from Rydell Chevrolet. When we knew the time was right to purchase a vehicle, we searched, up-and-down the state at different dealers looking. Rydell had the veh Chevrolet. When we knew the time was right to purchase a vehicle, we searched, up-and-down the state at different dealers looking. Rydell had the vehicle with everything we wanted (except floor mats which they added on for us). Getting an outdoor price very simple and hasslefree. We drove over 400 miles and our Sales and leasing consultant, Pedro, communicated with us the whole time. The vehicle we were taking to trade in broke down on the side of the road and Pedro answered our call at 8 PM when we were checking in to give him the update. The next day he picked us up from the hotel, and drove us 20 minutes to the dealership to finalize our transaction. Our two dogs were welcomed as we finished paperwork and they got a bunch of treats from the Rydell team. Our finance manager, Jorge made the process, simple, and easy to understand. They still took our car on trade-in, even though the engine light was on. They were honest, kind, and good communicators. I wouldn’t hesitate to return the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. More

Everyone was great. My car was serviced in the time they said, my questions were answered, and everyone was helpful. They provided a ride back to my home while the car w My car was serviced in the time they said, my questions were answered, and everyone was helpful. They provided a ride back to my home while the car was serviced at no charge which allowed me to get work done. It would be better if the service divisions were less siloed and someone could test drive the car during routine maintenance to assess in issue that can't be visually seen. Instead I was informed that I would have to bring the car back and pay $265 to have that done. I'll go somewhere else for that. More
