Disappointed with attention to detail. I told the sales person I had my own license plate from a previous vehicle that I was going to transfer to that one. When I went outside and saw that I told the sales person I had my own license plate from a previous vehicle that I was going to transfer to that one. When I went outside and saw that a license plate was put on my vehicle, I was told to go talk to the finance manager again by the sales person. When I informed him the finance personthat I had told the sales person I had my own license plate His response was "nobody told me that". Consequently I was charged something for license a plate from the dealership. I asked for certain things that fell through the cracks. The make ready was ok at the best. The overall experience was barely OK. I did have an opportunity to sit and meet and speak with the general manager Or General leader as his business card says. I was told by the sales manager that timing belt/chain was replaced when he came out to show me in writing what the dealership had done to the vehicle. After I informed the sales person that that vehicle does not have a timing belt, but a timing chain. I was told by the sales person that the general sales manager was going to put in writing that the timing chain was changed, then the story changed. I have all this on text. I asked for the Dealership information on the trunk of the vehicle to be removed and that was acknowledged via text that did not happen. Overall experience at best was OK... More
