I drove 5 hours round trip from Bradenton because my son said he had a great relationship with Tim, the GM. He’ll treat you right mom! WRONG! Lies. I bought a 2025 Kia. It shouldn’t need any service yet. said he had a great relationship with Tim, the GM. He’ll treat you right mom! WRONG! Lies. I bought a 2025 Kia. It shouldn’t need any service yet. It did. DO NOT BELIEVE them when they assure you of a loaner car. It’s NOT TRUE. Walked to lunch about a mile, one way. The service manager diagnosed my car as working fine before he even saw it. Always courteous and friendly. There is a comfortable waiting area with refreshments available and they exceeded expectations with the timeline for service. Very happy about that.
