In our search to find the perfect vehicle we went to several dealerships for Audi, BMW among others. We experienced A LOT of sales associates. I worked with 2 sales associates at Audi Fletcher Jones and Kyle Spillane was unlike any sales associate we had dealt with ever. His knowledge of Audi's (and pretty much any other vehicle) was insanely unmatched. He is genuine, hilariously quick witted and never pushy. Personally I hate being sold to. Give me the important information, be genuine, funny is a huge plus and don't upsell me . Our experience with General Manager - Brandon Hale who went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of was exceptional. We also had the pleasure to work with Mina Bishay,, Collin Kleinman and Khalid Abousamra and had a fantastic experience with each and everyone of them. If you want a great experience write those names down, ask for them to assist you and let them know Brandi sent you. Definitely ask for Kyle Spillane, you will have a great time and really be able to dive into everything about the vehicle you are interested in. More

I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. I am a repeat customer, and one would think I would be treated well. It has been nearly four months since I requested the warranty refund on the eTro I am a repeat customer, and one would think I would be treated well. It has been nearly four months since I requested the warranty refund on the eTron I had for only 7 months. I was told it would take 45 days. This is an unacceptable way to treat a customer who has spent hard earned money at this dealership. The GM completely brushed me off, not even as much as an apology. All I get from the finance department is a bunch of excuses. I am owed around $2k, and despite constant inquiries, have no solid reason why I don’t have my money back. Buyer beware. More

On Saturday 7/10/2021I made an appt for a factory bent wheel for my Audi S3. When I made the appt I told them I didn't want to leave my vehicle and wanted to wait. Shouldn't have taken them long to take off a wheel and see that it is bent with no damage done to the wheel. I was told that was ok. So I show up for my appt. When I show up I wait and I am told that I need to leave my vehicle through the weekend because a manager is needed. I dont know why a manager is needed but that's what I was told. I told them that I didn't want to leave my vehicle through the weekend and that I specifically said that before I made my appt. So they told me to come back on Monday. I show up on Monday and after a 30 minute wait I finally get help. This time I am told that they need my vehicle for an extended period of time because I don't have an appt. I didnt have an appt because they told me to just bring my vehicle in and that I didn't need one. At this point my frustration level went through the roof. I told them that I will just take my vehicle to another audi dealer. The guy helping which I don't know the name of but he had a boot on one leg from an injury in a very condescending and rude manner told me to have a nice day and walked away. That blew me over the time and I told him F you and he said "you too". I should have never said what I did but the level of customer service drove me to be rude. You don't waste people's time and you sure don't speak to them the way he spoke to me. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER FOR ANYTHING. More
