I like the service that I Receive at Mercedes-Benz.

I like to sit in waiting area, which is Extremely comfortable.
The only complaint I have is that the snacks that you provide a full of sugar and carbs and not healthy.
It would be nice if you have little fruit cups, fruit, mini sandwiches, skinny popcorn, nuts, mints.and cans or bottles of different juices.
Since people have to wait often 2 or more hours. If a microwave and refrigerator was available it would nice if it was stocked with breakfast and lunch sandwich that could be heated up. I think something’s like that would be a huge improvement. It would make your customers feel appreciated. After all people are spending lots of money,
If none of this works perhaps, having the porters make a run to get a sandwiches from a local area business. The dealership could afford to spend $10.00 on each customer to have a good experience.
