I recently had our 2009 Nissan Altima there under an extended warranty for some work. The work that was performed was quite extensive. Most was covered under the warranty. Even though I at times bother extended warranty for some work. The work that was performed was quite extensive. Most was covered under the warranty. Even though I at times bothered the technician with phone calls he completed the work without becoming annoyed with me. Brandon,the tech, was great about inspecting the car, submitting it to the warranty company and getting the work done. I was a little impatient being without my car for the period of time I was. I dropped off my truck December 23 and I still don't have it. It's my primary work truck. Called several times not response so needed to drive to dealer for an update. The service advisors are doing there be it. It's my primary work truck. Called several times not response so needed to drive to dealer for an update. The service advisors are doing there best, but there are major issues there. Oil all over the bottom of my previous truck after an oil change, leaving items.lose after service, no one ever calls you back, and items aren't getting addressed on my new 2023 Ram 1500. I have my 2011 Ram 2500 in for service now. I would.like to have a meeting with the GM and Swrvice Manager to address my concerns. More
