Friendly and helpful although at times knowledge was lacking from some and instead of getting correct information they tried to tell you what they thought you wanted to hear. Then didn't follow through on a very simple request that Stephany agreed to which was topping off the gas tank, likely $10 so not a big deal just the principal of it. My niece suggested Martin Honda. I started on the internet. That started a two-day process. We met Brandon and discussed what we wanted, and it was not available. Brandon spoke with leadership and said we may have what you want. I went into "Oh yeah" mode. He returned quickly with "the" car, and it could be ours in about 2 hours. BUT I had appointments I had to leave. Then I see something which made me relax and realize I was dealing with good people. I threw a big obstacle in the process. And it was met with a great display of Sales, Service, and Finance teamwork which was one heck of a display of Customer Service. I met my afternoon appt and was out in 45 minutes the next morning. And the price just makes it sweeter. More
