I *really* wanted to like this dealership, but after 6 weeks of ghosting, broken commitments, and missed deadlines, the only reason I'm giving this dealer 2 stars is because the car I purchased was exactl weeks of ghosting, broken commitments, and missed deadlines, the only reason I'm giving this dealer 2 stars is because the car I purchased was exactly as described, and in near-perfect shape. I finally had to escalate to dealer management to get my title, which was "in process" for 6-8 weeks. They have still not come through with reimbursement for parts I had to purchase to try to fix issues that were supposed to be resolved before shipment. Aug 31 update - after numerous promises from the dealer over the past couple of months, reimbursement has still not been received. Rating has been adjusted as a result. Dec update - reimbursement was finally received, after several escalations with dealer management. Rating adjusted back accordingly. More

WARNING TOY BARN WON'T SEND YOU TITLE AND THEY DON'T CARE. A lot of people are saying when a car dealer can't get you a title to the car you bought its fraud. I don't know, but a lot of people seem to CARE. A lot of people are saying when a car dealer can't get you a title to the car you bought its fraud. I don't know, but a lot of people seem to have that opinion. I purchased a vehicle from Toy Barn on 03/31/23. I still don't have a title. They promised it by the end of week multiple times, and it never happens. Joe Casa keeps telling me he will "check with staff" and get back to me and doesn't. I am going to have to get my 4th temp tag next week and have had to file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General. Make your life easier and don't do business at Toy Barn. They are making their failure my problem and it's a waste of time. More

The Toy Barn has been a great place to work with on purchasing my 2000 Pontiac Trans Am. Brandon Dille went above and beyond to make this purchase go as smoothly as possible. I had a fast and cool buying experience when purchasing a BMW from Toy Barn. The process was smooth. Given, I had cash ready and a pre-approved loan, so going in and buying the car was seamless. Relevant contacts and trade secrets. You feel the power of the business through the people up front while the sports cars and luxury vehicles surrounding you just back it up. Interesting to learn about the logistics they manage too -- with people across the country buying specialized cars from them every day. While waiting for the purchase process to complete, I opted to hang out upstairs and jump into the high scores on Cruisin' USA arcade game. Signed the final paper work and as I was exiting with the car, the staff pulled me aside and told me to call back in after a few days to schedule a time to come back in for "final maintenance." I had already purchased the vehicle, so it caught me off guard. After a couple days, I did call back in and scheduled a time to drop off the vehicle. Toy Barn had a young guy drive me back downtown while I waited for the maintenance to be completed. A couple days go by and I get a call that they updated some things. They also put brand new tires and breaks on the car. This is post-purchase. I didn't request this. Nobody does that? I sense this is a place where you just know what you want, go in, buy it. Make it easy on them and they'll make it easy on you. Treat them right. They'll treat you right. More
