Tiffany was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with as well. She was patient with our test drives and questions and very diligent on explaining the vehicles and their bells and whistles. Additionally Lisa in finance was very pleasant and obviously knows her stuff! When signing our documents she was able to explain everything easily including the benefits of the certified warranty. They have a no pressure approach and was willing to work with us on throwing in a couple extras that other dealers wouldn’t budge on. Additionally, they gave us a fair price for our trade-in. So overall, great experience and I would definitely work with them again in the future. More

Brandon greeted me in the Sales area and listened to what I was looking to purchase, asked a few pertinent questions and produced the exact car I had in mind. He proceeded to ensure that the entire process continued to move forward, setting up the test drive and answering a slew of questions.He continued moving things along by tending to the required paperwork as we discussed various aspects of the vehicle that were unfamiliar to me. It was like hanging out with a friend. He is a valuable asset to the Piazza Auto Group. Lisa Grose handles the almost-crippling volume of paperwork like a Las Vegas dealer. She told me what I was signing, why I was signing it, and where to sign it. I never felt uncomfortable about making my "X". Without her talent, the dealership wouldn't manage to move many (if any!) vehicles off their lot. Kudos to you both, along with my sincere thanks. More

Just wanted a test drive I had interest in two Hyundai vehicles,the Tucson and the Santa Fe and I wanted to test drive both. I called in to speak to Brandon to make an appoin I had interest in two Hyundai vehicles,the Tucson and the Santa Fe and I wanted to test drive both. I called in to speak to Brandon to make an appointment for a test drive. He said he could accommodate me almost immediately and I told him I’d arrive in about an hour. I also made it clear that I only wanted to test drive and we would not discuss any buying numbers.When I arrived at the dealer ship, Brandon greeted me and introduced himself and had both vehicles ready to go. He described both cars in detail and wanted to know if I had any questions after the test rides. Now here’s my favorite part. Even after we finished the test drives and he knew I would not discuss numbers,Brandon treated me with dignity,respect,and at no time was he pushy or in a hurry for me to purchase. Piazza Hyundai has a great salesman and a concerned,polite person in Brandon. I will definitely return to Brandon should I decide on purchasing one of my test driven vehicles. More

I initially made contact with them online and worked with Nina to get things started. She was great and provided me with all the info that I requested. When I went to the dealership in person, I worked with Brandon Daub who was great. The entire deal was transparent in terms of showing me the numbers and Brandon was professional and courteous. The end result was a really fair deal without any of the typical upsell, bait and switch stuff etc. It was a very simple, straightforward transaction. The pickup was easy as well. When I got to the dealership at the appointed time, everything was ready to go, the entire paperwork process was thoroughly explained and all questions answered. Brandon went over all the features of the car with me and I was on my way. I am extremely happy with the way I was treated and the willingness of the dealership to work with me. I would definitely recommend Piazza Hyundai. More

He told me what they needed and I was able to provide it rapidly. At 7 pm that day, I pulled into my drive in a new car. Lisa made the paperwork easy and Brandon orchestrated as salesman. Great team.
