Brandon was very friendly and answered all of my question. He made the car buying experience very pleasant. He worked with me until we could find a deal that work best for me. 3 months to get parts. No loaner vehicle. Had to rent a vehicle. Was convinced that they would buy my vehicle and put me in another vehicle. Same model but not as many No loaner vehicle. Had to rent a vehicle. Was convinced that they would buy my vehicle and put me in another vehicle. Same model but not as many options. Lower class vehicle but my payment went up over $80/month. No allowance for my original trade in of $2000 or my $5000 cash down-payment. I only had the vehicle for just over 3 months before damage occurred. Spoke with salesman and Sales manager with no success. Made it sound like I accepted the deal as is. No concern about customer satisfaction. I will never do business with this dealer again and will never recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal. Was screwed totally from what I was offered for my original trade...2019 Dodge Journey with KBB appraisal of over $7000. PALM only gave me $2000 for my trade. More

Did all he could to make sale. Important things like allowance for trade in was not mentioned. Second car purchased as his suggestion to replaced damaged vehicle because of inability to get parts for repair. Was told by him and finance representative that I had to keep full coverage insurance until claim was settled. Contacted GENERAL MOTORS and discussed problem. They contacted Palm Chevrolet and I received a call from Parts manager saying I was misinformed. Once deal was made I am no longer responsible for claim. Also I was put in a lesser mod Trax with not as many features as original. But my financing increased by $80/month. I realized the trade did not give credit for my original trade allowance of $2000 or the $5000 cash I had paid on the first purchase. This model does not have all the features my original Trax did. Very disappointed with lack of knowledge of salesman, financial agent other the entire sales team. Had even spoken to Sales Manager and he also told me I had to keep insurance on both vehicles. I do not trust this dealership to treat it's customers fairly. More
