Sold a car with a xxxx AC. Came back the very next day and they said they would take care of it ASAP. Returned to pick it up and they put a bandaid on the issue. It is absolutely horrible and I was lied to for a sale. I asked multiple times if the issue as fixed and I was assured it was. I even brought up that I think it is the compressor and they said no. Mechanic threw a bandaid on it and served me a xxxx sandwich. I have been emailing and calling for weeks telling Rivard the issue has not been fixed and ignored. An absolute nightmare. Will be letting all friends and family and co workers know as well. More
