I would never buy another vehicle from that dealership! I have had some issues with the vehicle and no one from management has answered my emails or multiple calls. Extremely disappointed. Excellent service! Jenna greeted me as I drove my car in the service area and even though I was early, they started right away. As I was sitting in the waiting room, I Jenna greeted me as I drove my car in the service area and even though I was early, they started right away. As I was sitting in the waiting room, I was watching and listening and every one of your service people were so polite to their customers that were checking out and took the time to explain the bill and answer questions. Same when it was my turn!!! The next part of the survey leaves a lot to be desired - I don’t know who the sales manager is or the finance manager or anyone but Jenna and Will from the service area so…….to get out of this survey I will just enter the first name on the list! BUT PLEASE CORRECT THIS!!! More
