I knew I wanted a hybrid and was deciding between Toyota and Honda. I went on the Honda Civic based on the look and Honda having a reputation as a reliable vehicle. I’ll be honest that I didn’t shop this around and went directly to Sierra Honda because of your sales rep Brandon Cisneros. He was highly recommended. My sales negotiation was strictly via cellphone and this was an easy process for me. I was impressed with my purchase but more satisfied with Brandon’s patience and vehicle knowledge.
