I knew I wanted a hybrid and was deciding between Toyota and Honda. I went on the Honda Civic based on the look and Honda having a reputation as a reliable vehicle. My sales negotiation was strictly via cellphone and this was an easy process for me. I was impressed with my purchase but more satisfied with Brandon’s patience and vehicle knowledge.
