Not to happy with the cost of the warranty and the processing fee. Dealer had several days to get the vehicle detailed and ready to present but they didn't, however; It was done after the purchase. The dealer offered to fix the rip in the driver's seat for free through an outside contractor. Brought the car back a week later. Seat was fixed and you can barely tell. Turned out nice. All things said and done, it was not a bad experience at all. I would recommend the used car sales department at criswell to anybody looking for a vehicle. More

Very pleased with our experience at Criswell Dodge Jeep Ram of Woodstock. The only thing I can say negative about the dealership is that the used car we bought only had one key.
