It doesn't get any better than Lexus of Rockford. Christian is my salesman. He is top-notch. He was patient, never pushy, honest, and professional. The whole purchase experience was the best I've ever had. After the sale I had to bring it in for a problem, and Christian was on top of that as well, always texting me to check in and keep me updated. Which leads me to the service department: A unique issue arose with the vehicle. It took the service department a while to figure it out. I had a loaner the whole time. Grant was technician who figured out the issue. Jeff, the service manager, was very communicative with me and very kind and understanding. This service department did NOT give up on my car until they figured out the issue, and I'm really proud of all of them. I am a customer for life now, which is a good feeling when you have a dealership and salesman you can trust. More
