

Relocated from New Albany, MS in 1995 and entered the world of automotive. I have been enjoying the past 23 years as the General Sales Manager at our Millenia location of Orlando INFINITI. The first part of July 2025 I was awarded the General Manager position our Sanford INFINITI location. This is the same great company representing the same great automobiles. We like to say "One dealership, Two locations". With that said, you will receive the same great service our clients have come to expect at both of our convenient locations. Our visit to the Sanford Infiniti dealership was absolutely fantastic. Although I walked in unhappy about an issue with my 2017 qx50, I drove away happy as a little girl in my 2025 brand new qx50 L absolutely fantastic. Although I walked in unhappy about an issue with my 2017 qx50, I drove away happy as a little girl in my 2025 brand new qx50 Luxe. Brandon and Mike were the ultimate professionals. Charming, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would wholeheartedly refer friends and family to them. So grateful to them for flipping an awful situation into a happy one. More

We recently purchased a used Infiniti QX 50 at Sanford Infiniti. We had the pleasure of meeting DeAndrae who made our experience quite frankly, enjoyable. To describe buying a used car as enjoyable is not Infiniti. We had the pleasure of meeting DeAndrae who made our experience quite frankly, enjoyable. To describe buying a used car as enjoyable is not an easy feat for a salesperson to achieve. I want to commend his customer service, as well as his knowledge of the vehicles as exemplary. We would absolutely recommend DeAndrae again and again. He managed to make an experience that usually is a stressful and frustrating "dance", direct and achievable all while being the most personable respectful and kind gentleman. (We met briefly with Kent who I would like to also say was a gentleman.I note this because in my experience of car dealerships, from purchasing to leasing over the past 30 years, I have met few truly upstanding individuals.) We would also like to note that despite a hiccup during our final transaction the following morning, not having anything to do with Sales, the GM Brandon stepped in and effortlessly resolved all by personally handling it himself. We are grateful for the prompt attention he provided, outstanding customer service. It is quite apparent the pride he takes in his dealership an excellence he seeks the customer to receive. We have full intention of returning again. More
