Dealership had the best deal in town for the vehicle I wanted. I had a trade they gave me what I wanted for it. Typical dealership, finance department quoted ridiculously high finance rate. It took them FOREVER to payoff my trade, then payoff was sent to the wrong bank, then when it finally made it to correct bank payoff was short. The bank called me because they couldn’t reach anyone at the dealership. It was a bit of a headache, but Brandon was awesome and always replied to my text in a very timely fashion and took care of everything! He handled every concern I had. Brandon is the only reason I would even consider buying another car from Wayne Akers. Brandon is knowledgeable and easy to work with. More
