I am trying to buy a truck off you guys. Yesterday, I spent the day getting the deal and financing done. I was ready to put the deposit down to hold the truck so I could come Friday and s Yesterday, I spent the day getting the deal and financing done. I was ready to put the deposit down to hold the truck so I could come Friday and sign the papers and pick it up. I wait to hear back from Brandon to send me the link to make the deposit to be told the truck is on the other lot and won’t hear back from them till probably tomorrow morning. So, I waited most of the morning for him and sent a text and tried to call but no answer. So then I called Fatima and she told a finance manager would get a hold of me so I waited longer and nothing. So, I called again and a lady told me Brandon was off today. Why he wouldn’t tell me that yesterday… But she texts and asks to help me with the deposit. He finally responded and told me the truck’s air wasn’t working and would be ready to pick up Friday just said let me know when it would be. To me it's like you don’t want to sell the truck to me. I am upset that you tried to sell me a truck that wasn’t ready to be sold then pull my credit knowing this. In the beginning I was a little upset because I found the truck on Autotrader and it was listed at price at $38,000 but once I talked to Fatima she told me that with two discounts and I don’t get both because I don’t have a trade. I let that go and still want to purchase the truck now I just have a big run around. I am from out town and travel for work and had a flight to come Friday and I have to change. I don’t have time to just sit around and wait on you guys. This is the first time I dealt with a dealership that did something like this. Couldn’t even give me a date when the truck would be ready!! Then they told me it sold at the other lot later that night! Wow all I got to say. Very upset about the whole thing and guess when the price was right on auto trader I should’ve walked away!! More
